KareIntelligence overview

KareIntelligence is CollabKare's analytics workspace for leadership and quality teams. It brings quality, cost, population, and provider-performance views into one place, alongside a gallery of approved add-on applications.

Who uses it​

Three roles are available at sign-in:

  • Clinical Intelligence — reviews clinical analytics, quality metrics, and insights.
  • Program Administrator — oversees programs, quality tracking, and operations.
  • System Support — administration, configuration, and support.

Your role determines which menu items you see. If an item you need is missing, ask your administrator to review your role assignment.

  • Dashboard — executive overview with headline indicators and trends.
  • Clinical Analytics, Quality Metrics, Cost Analytics, Population Insights, Provider Performance — topic-focused analytics views.
  • Reports — the report library.
  • SMART Apps — launch approved add-on applications with clinical context.
  • Settings — personal preferences.

Important: demo data notice​

The analytics dashboards in KareIntelligence currently display illustrative demo data, and every screen carries a banner saying so: "Demo data — all metrics and analytics in this preview are illustrative, not live clinical or business data." Use these views to preview what the analytics product will look like — do not use the numbers for clinical or business decisions. The banner will be removed once the views are connected to your organization's live data.
