Sign in and select your role and organization
Choose which organization and role you want to work under before entering KareIntelligence. Your choice controls which menu items and pages you see for the rest of your session.
Before you start
- You need a staff account with access to KareIntelligence. Accounts and roles are set up by your administrator.
- Have your usual CollabKare sign-in credentials ready — KareIntelligence uses the same single sign-on as the other CollabKare apps.
Steps
- Open KareIntelligence and select the sign-in option. You are taken to the standard CollabKare sign-in page; enter your credentials there.
- After signing in, the selection screen appears. Under Step 1: Select Your Organization, choose the organization you are working for. If your account belongs to only one organization, it is selected for you.
- Under Step 2: Select Your Role, pick from the roles your account holds — Clinical Intelligence, Program Administrator, or System Support. Only roles actually assigned to you are shown; the most senior role you hold is pre-selected.
- Select Continue. The app opens on the Dashboard with a menu filtered to your role.
Tips / Troubleshooting
- If no roles appear at Step 2, your account has not been granted a KareIntelligence role yet — contact your administrator.
- To switch roles or organizations mid-day, sign out and sign back in, then make a different selection.
- A page that shows "unauthorized" after selection usually means your chosen role does not include that area; pick a different role at sign-in or ask your administrator to adjust your access.
