KarePartner overview
KarePartner is the workspace for partner organizations — pharmacies, labs, imaging centers, home health agencies, rehab and nutrition services, transport providers, and community-based organizations — that receive and fulfill orders from provider organizations on the CollabKare network.
Who uses it
When you sign in, you first pick your organization and your role (for example Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, Home Health, Rehab, Nutrition, Service Coordinator, or Program Administrator). Your role controls which menu items you see and which actions you can take. If a page you expect is missing, ask your administrator to review your role assignment.
Main menu areas
- Home > Dashboard — live counts of pending, processing, and fulfilled orders, your recent orders, and quick links.
- Fulfillment > Incoming Orders — the main work queue: prescriptions and orders routed to your organization, with accept, process, and fulfill actions.
- Partners > Organizations — details about your own organization and a link to manage teams, users, and facilities.
- Partners > Provider Directory — search the network-wide directory of provider organizations.
- Analytics > Reports — key volume metrics for your organization (Pharmacy and Program Administrator roles).
- SMART Apps > App Gallery — launch approved add-on applications.
- Settings — personal preferences.
Good to know
- Contracts, Email, and Messages are labeled "coming soon" in the app; those workflows are not yet available. Order-level notes are recorded when you act on an order in Incoming Orders.
- Urgent work is flagged directly on each order: look for URGENT, ASAP, or STAT badges in the Incoming Orders list.
Start with Work incoming orders — it is the core daily workflow for every fulfillment role.
