Search the provider directory

Look up provider organizations on the CollabKare network — the verified, active listings your organization can work with — and find their contact details.

Before you start​

  • Any KarePartner role can use the directory.
  • In the left menu, open Partners > Provider Directory.
  • The total number of listed providers appears at the top right of the page.

Steps​

  1. Type in the search box (Search providers, specialties, cities...). Matching works across the provider's name, type, city, state, specialties, and services.
  2. To narrow by specialty, select one of the specialty chips next to the filter icon. The chips are built from the specialties that actually appear in the directory; select All to clear the filter.
  3. Review the provider cards. Each card shows the provider's name, primary specialty or type, and — where available — city and state, phone number, email, and website.
  4. To reach out, select Contact on a card. This opens a new email to the provider in your mail program. You can also select the website link to open their site in a new tab.

Tips / Troubleshooting​

  • "No providers found matching your search" means your search text or specialty filter is too narrow — clear the search box and set the specialty back to All.
  • "No providers are listed in the directory yet" means the directory itself is empty for your network; check with your administrator.
  • If the page shows "Could not load the provider directory," retry after a moment; if it persists, contact your administrator.
