Monitor order volume on the Dashboard and Reports

Use the Dashboard for a live picture of your order queue, and the Reports page for summary metrics. Both show real, current numbers from your organization's orders.

Before you start

  • Every role sees the Dashboard under Home > Dashboard.
  • The Analytics > Reports page is available to the Pharmacy and Program Administrator roles.

Steps

  1. Open Home > Dashboard. The four cards show Pending Orders (awaiting action), Processing (in progress), Fulfilled (completed), and Providers in Network.
  2. Scan Recent Orders — the latest orders routed to your organization, each with its status and how long ago it arrived. Select an order to jump straight to its detail page, or select View all to open the full Incoming Orders queue.
  3. Use the Quick Actions panel to jump to Incoming Orders, the Provider Directory, or View Reports.
  4. For summary numbers, open Analytics > Reports. The Key Metrics section shows Total Orders, Pending, Fulfilled, and Providers in Network for your organization.

Tips / Troubleshooting

  • A rising Pending Orders count means new orders are waiting for someone to select Accept — check the Incoming Orders queue.
  • The report library cards on the Reports page (Order Fulfillment Report, Order Type Analysis, and others) are placeholders for now; their download buttons read "Generated reports coming soon."
  • If a card shows a dash instead of a number, the figure could not be loaded — refresh the page, and contact your administrator if it persists.
