KareHome overview

KareHome is CollabKare's app for home-based and community care. It is at an early stage: today it is a single informational page that introduces the CollabKare platform, with a Login link (which takes you to the CollabKare account sign-in) and a Get Started button.

What you see today​

The current KareHome page presents:

  • A hero banner — "Simplifying Healthcare with Next-Gen Smart Technology" — with Explore Solutions and Contact Us buttons.
  • An Expertise section listing the platform's core capabilities: health information exchange, data standards, security and compliance, and clinical decision support.
  • A Solutions section describing health exchange and analytics.
  • A Products section listing the wider CollabKare suite (kareManager, kareMD, Population Health, karePartner, karePractice, kareIntelligence) with Learn More links.
  • Contact details and social links in the footer.

Who it is for​

KareHome is intended for home-care roles such as Home Health staff, Direct Care Workers, and Service Coordinators. Role assignments are managed by your administrator and will gate features as they are released.

What to do now​

There are no in-app care tasks to perform in KareHome yet. Home-care cases and scheduling are currently handled through KareManager's care-coordination features — ask your administrator which app your team should use. This section will grow with task guides as KareHome functionality ships.
