PopulationHealth overview

PopulationHealth was switched off on 2026-09-25 and is no longer reachable. Its menus, dashboards and showcase data are gone, and the steps on the older PopulationHealth pages no longer apply.

Where the work lives now​

  • KareIntelligence is the population analytics app: quality metrics, risk capture, population insights, cohorts, cost and utilization views.
  • Cloud Manager → Analytics Operations is where administrators manage the schedule of the analytics pipeline that feeds those views.
