Compare provider performance
Draft — 2026-09-26
Drafted from the screen's code on main (kareIntelligence 7455702). Not yet reviewed against a live session. Roles listed are the defaults the app's role matrix (@collabkare/ability 0.12.0) gives this screen's route; your organization's role overrides can change them. In the sectioned analytics menu, Provider Performance is listed for Program Administrator only.
Network → Provider Performance gives one scorecard row per attributed PCP panel, joining five analytics domains: panel share, ER use, readmissions, wellness-visit compliance and risk capture.
What you see
- Summary — attributed patients, PCP panels in view and how many of the five scorecard domains answered ("Scorecard domains live n/5").
- Provider scorecards — per panel: patients and share of network, ER visits and avoidable ER share, index admissions with 30- and 90-day readmissions, MWV eligible and compliance, current RAF and open gaps. A filtered network blend row shows only the network values the engine serves (today the 90-day readmission rate); its other columns stay dashed.
- Quality vs risk by PCP panel — MWV compliance against average current RAF, with bubble size for attributed patients. High-RAF, low-compliance panels (upper left) are the priority.
- MWV compliance distribution — panels per compliance band.
- Top & bottom performers — the top three panels per metric (best and lowest MWV compliance, lowest and highest avoidable ER share).
Choose the Payment year for the RAF columns at the top.
Honest states
- An em dash means that domain served no value for the panel; nothing is imputed.
- If a domain fails, its columns show em dashes and its rankings say, for example, "Compliance rankings unavailable — wellness domain down."
- No composite score is computed: without a registry entry for one, there is no number.
- Providers appear as PCP IDs; kareIntelligence has no provider directory.
