Review drafted member outreach
Drafted from the screen's code on main (kareIntelligence 7455702). Not yet reviewed against a live session. Roles listed are the defaults the app's role matrix (@collabkare/ability 0.12.0) gives this screen's route; your organization's role overrides can change them.
Overview → Outreach drafts is the review queue for drafted member outreach messages. Nothing on this screen sends anything.
Where drafts come from
On Wellness Visits and Risk Capture, the roster has a Draft outreach action for one member at a time. One click is one member and one model generation. The draft appears here only if it passes a grounding check: every number in the subject and body must trace to a value in the evidence the engine assembled for that member. A draft that fails the check is not saved.
Working the queue
- Use the tabs — All, Awaiting review, Approved, Discarded.
- Read each row: its subject, its body (which addresses the member as the literal placeholder
{member}), its status and who drafted it. (How this was produced — the generation's metering — is shown on the roster screen right after you draft.) - Choose Approve to accept it for a future, separate send step, or Discard to reject it. A decided draft offers Re-decide: approve or Re-decide: discard.
Things to know
- Approving flips the status and nothing else. It does not send, queue or notify anything, and no member is contacted.
- A discarded draft is kept, not deleted. A decided draft can still be changed later; the row keeps only its latest decision.
- A status the screen does not recognize is shown exactly as the engine sent it.
- The screen and the Draft outreach controls exist only on deployments where outreach drafting is switched on (a build flag); otherwise there is no menu item and no route.
