Read clinical quality measures
Drafted from the screen's code on main (kareIntelligence 7455702). Not yet reviewed against a live session. Roles listed are the defaults the app's role matrix (@collabkare/ability 0.12.0) gives this screen's route; your organization's role overrides can change them.
Quality & Risk → Quality Metrics shows CMS eCQM-aligned clinical quality measures. They are evaluated in CQL against your FHIR record by a background job, never when the page loads.
What you see
- Measurement period — the performance year and dates, read back from the newest stored evaluation.
- One card per measure — the rate, the specification (for example CMS2v15) and the steward, with "Evaluated date against authored content version n". What differs from the published measure lists how the measure differs from its specification.
- By provider — on client-shippable measures only, a disclosure that splits the measure's roster by attributed PCP: Denominator, Numerator, Exclusions, Open gaps and Rate, plus a total row and an Unattributed row.
Client-shippable and licence-required measures
Six CMS-stewarded measures (CMS2, CMS22, CMS68, CMS69, CMS90, CMS347) may be offered to clients. Three measures stewarded by the American Heart Association (CMS135, CMS144, CMS145) are built and evaluated, but their specifications require a commercial licence agreement. They have no By provider control, and the footer card explains why.
Honest states
- A measure with no stored result, or one the engine could not evaluate, shows an em dash and an amber unavailable chip — never 0.
- If every measure is unavailable, the grid collapses to "CQL measures unavailable — awaiting evaluation run", with the three possible causes.
- Measures are aligned with their published specifications and are not certified by any steward.
- Providers appear as IDs; kareIntelligence has no provider directory.
