Settings shows what kareIntelligence knows about you, read from your sign-in token.

What you see​

The Profile card lists your Name, Email and Organization as they arrived in your sign-in token. kareIntelligence has no way to change them, so they are read-only rather than editable fields that would discard what you typed.

If a value is missing, the card says so:

  • "Your token carries no name claim."
  • "Your token carries no email claim."
  • "Your token carries no tenant claim …" — organization-scoped features will not work until it does. This is an account configuration issue for your administrator, not a setting you can change.

Where other settings live​

  • Alert and run notifications are set on Overview → Alerts, in the My analytics notifications card next to the rules that fire them. Cloud Manager offers the same choices under Settings → My analytics notifications.
  • Password and signed-in devices are managed in your CollabKare (Keycloak) account, which kareIntelligence does not host.
  • Role and organization are chosen at sign-in, or later with Switch Role in the user menu; see Sign in and select your role and organization.
