Review your schedule and today's queue
Use the Schedule page to see your appointments on a calendar, work through today's visit queue in order, and manage appointment statuses.
Before you start
You need scheduling access (most clinical and administrative roles; Medical Students, Physician Advisors, and Scribes see the schedule in view-only mode). In the left navigation, go to Work → Schedule.
Steps
- Click Schedule in the left navigation. Summary cards at the top show Today, Confirmed, Tele-Visit, and In-Person counts.
- Pick a tab:
- Calendar — a week view by default; switch between month, week, day, and agenda. Click any appointment to open its detail drawer.
- Appointments — a filterable list. Search by patient name, email, or reason, and filter by status (All, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled, No-show).
- Today's Queue — today's visits in time order, numbered, with visit type (Tele or Office) and status badges.
- Settings — set your weekly availability hours.
- On any appointment, use the action buttons to update it: Confirm (pending appointments), Complete, No-Show, or Cancel.
- Click an appointment row or calendar event to open the detail drawer for full information about the visit.
- Click the refresh button (circular arrow, top right) to reload the latest appointments.
Tips / Troubleshooting
- Cancelled appointments are hidden from the calendar but still appear in the Appointments list under the Cancelled filter.
- For a telehealth visit, the appointment actions include starting the video visit — see Start a televisit from your schedule.
- If the page shows "Failed to load appointments," refresh; if it persists, contact your administrator.
