Review your schedule and today's queue

Use the Schedule page to see your appointments on a calendar, work through today's visit queue in order, and manage appointment statuses.

Before you start

You need scheduling access (most clinical and administrative roles; Medical Students, Physician Advisors, and Scribes see the schedule in view-only mode). In the left navigation, go to Work → Schedule.

Steps

  1. Click Schedule in the left navigation. Summary cards at the top show Today, Confirmed, Tele-Visit, and In-Person counts.
  2. Pick a tab:
    • Calendar — a week view by default; switch between month, week, day, and agenda. Click any appointment to open its detail drawer.
    • Appointments — a filterable list. Search by patient name, email, or reason, and filter by status (All, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled, No-show).
    • Today's Queue — today's visits in time order, numbered, with visit type (Tele or Office) and status badges.
    • Settings — set your weekly availability hours.
  3. On any appointment, use the action buttons to update it: Confirm (pending appointments), Complete, No-Show, or Cancel.
  4. Click an appointment row or calendar event to open the detail drawer for full information about the visit.
  5. Click the refresh button (circular arrow, top right) to reload the latest appointments.

Tips / Troubleshooting

  • Cancelled appointments are hidden from the calendar but still appear in the Appointments list under the Cancelled filter.
  • For a telehealth visit, the appointment actions include starting the video visit — see Start a televisit from your schedule.
  • If the page shows "Failed to load appointments," refresh; if it persists, contact your administrator.
