Find and open a member record

Search for a member and open their Member 360 workspace — the single place to review their chart and start any care management action.

Before you start

  • Any KareManager role can search for members and open the workspace.
  • In the left menu, go to Members → Member Search.

Steps

  1. On the Member 360 page, type in the search box labeled "Search by patient name or MRN...". Results appear as you type.
  2. Review the results table — each row shows the member's name, MRN, age, and contact details.
  3. Click a row to open that member's workspace.
  4. Use the tab bar across the top of the workspace to move around the record. Tabs are grouped by section:
    • Overview — Face-Sheet, Demographics, Documentation Hub
    • Clinical Review — Problems, Medications, Allergies, Vital Signs, Labs, Immunizations, Documents
    • Visits — Encounters, Appointments, Episodes of Care
    • Care Management — Care Team, Tasks & To-Do, Clinical Flags, Advance Care Plan
    • Documentation — New Note, All Notes
    • Role Actions — the create actions your role is allowed to perform (for example SDOH Assessment, Care Plan Builder, Enroll in Disease Program)
  5. The Face-Sheet tab is the landing view — a tiled summary of the member's current problems, medications, vitals, and recent activity.

Tips / Troubleshooting

  • You only see the tabs and Role Actions your assigned role allows. If a tab you expect is missing, check which role you picked at sign-in, or ask your administrator.
  • The Back button on any action page returns you to the member's Face-Sheet.
  • If search returns nothing, try fewer letters of the name, or search by MRN instead.
