View your prescriptions

The Medications page shows your prescriptions along with the over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and supplements you're taking — and lets you request refills without a phone call.

Before you start

Sign in to the myKare Portal.

Steps

  1. In the sidebar, open Medications under My Care.
  2. Browse the list. Each entry shows the medicine, instructions, and how many refills you have left (for example, "2 refills left" or "No refills").
  3. Tap a medication to open its details.
  4. Need more? On an active prescription, tap Request refill, add a short note if you like, and send it. Your request goes to your care team.
  5. Track your requests on the Refill Requests page — they appear under Pending until your care team responds, then move to Resolved.
  6. Taking something your doctor didn't prescribe? Use Add medication to record over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and supplements so your care team sees the full picture.

Tips / Troubleshooting

  • A warning appears when a prescription is down to its last refill — request early so you don't run out.
  • Refill requests can only be sent for active prescriptions. If a prescription has expired, contact your prescriber for a renewal.
  • Never stop or change a prescribed medicine without talking to your doctor first.
