Manage your account

Your account settings — profile, password, purchases, and notification preferences — all live in one place: My Account at my.collabkare.id.

Before you start​

  • Sign in with your CollabKare ID.
  • From collabkare.health, click your initials in the top-right corner and choose Account Settings to jump straight there.

Steps​

  1. Sign in at my.collabkare.id. The menu on the left lists everything you can manage.
  2. Profile — update your name, contact details, and profile photo.
  3. Security — change your password and review where you're signed in.
  4. ABHA / Health ID — (India) link or create your Ayushman Bharat Health Account.
  5. Subscriptions — see your current plan and upgrade or downgrade.
  6. Credits — check your CollabKare Credits balance. Credits can pay for appointments at checkout.
  7. Purchases and Orders — view your payment history and any active orders.
  8. Notifications — choose which email and text updates you want.
  9. Display — pick your theme and language.
  10. Support — reach the help team if you're stuck.

Tips / Troubleshooting​

  • On a phone, tap the menu button in the corner to open the sidebar.
  • Changing your password here changes it for every CollabKare app — you only ever have one password to remember.
  • Your medical information isn't here. For medications, results, and records, go to the myKare Portal instead.
