Your CollabKare ID is one account that works across all CollabKare apps — booking, health records, and video visits. Signing up takes about five minutes.

Before you start

• Have your email address and mobile phone handy. We text you a code to confirm your number.
• No account is needed to browse collabkare.health — you only need one to book, save results, or see your records.

Steps

1. On collabkare.health, click Get Started in the top-right corner (or go straight to collabkare.id/register). The Patient Registration page opens.
2. Plan — pick the plan that fits you. Free is a great place to start; you can upgrade later.
3. Account — enter your email, then choose a password. Use at least 12 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character. The strength meter turns green when you're set.
4. Identity — enter your first and last name and date of birth. Middle name, preferred name, and language are optional.
5. Contact & Address — enter your phone number and address, then click Send Verification Code. Type the 6-digit code we text you and click Verify.
6. Govt IDs — optional. In India you can link or create an ABHA number here; skip this step if you prefer.
7. Emergency — optionally add an emergency contact's name, relationship, and phone.
8. Consents — read and agree to the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
9. Review — check everything, then click Submit Registration.
10. Check your email inbox for a verification link and click it to activate your account.

Tips / Troubleshooting

• Didn't get the text code? Click Resend, and double-check the country code in the phone dropdown.
• The verification email can take a minute or two — check your spam folder before retrying.
