Sign in

One CollabKare ID signs you in everywhere — collabkare.health, the myKare Portal, and My Account. Here's how to get in.

Before you start​

  • You need a CollabKare account. If you don't have one yet, see Create your account.
  • Make sure you clicked the verification link in your welcome email — you can't sign in until your account is activated.

Steps​

  1. On collabkare.health: click Sign in in the top-right corner of the page.
  2. On the myKare Portal: open the portal home page and click Sign in (or Create account if you're new).
  3. Enter your email and password on the CollabKare sign-in screen, then submit.
  4. You're returned to the app, signed in. On collabkare.health your initials appear in the top-right corner; in the myKare Portal you land on your Dashboard.

What you unlock by signing in​

  • Your booking details fill in automatically, and you can pay with CollabKare Credits.
  • Screening tool results are saved to your health history.
  • Full care plans, the community forum, and your personal records open up.

Tips / Troubleshooting​

  • Forgot your password? Use the forgot-password link on the sign-in screen to reset it by email.
  • If you see a "Sign-in problem" message in the portal, wait a moment and click Sign in again — it's usually a brief connection hiccup.
  • To sign out of collabkare.health, click your initials in the top-right corner and choose Logout.
