View your clinical records

Your test results, visit notes, and health history are all in the myKare Portal — organized so you can find what you need in a couple of clicks.

Before you start

Sign in to the myKare Portal. Your records come from the providers you're connected to — check Connected Providers if something seems missing.

Steps

  1. In the sidebar, look under My Records and My Care:
    • Lab Results — what your blood, urine, and other tests showed. Out-of-range results are flagged so they're easy to spot, and plain-language notes explain what common tests measure.
    • Visit Summaries — notes from your past visits, with any attached documents.
    • Conditions — your active and resolved diagnoses.
    • Allergies — your allergy list; serious ones are highlighted. You can add allergies your care team doesn't have on file.
    • Immunizations — your vaccine history, including doses and dates.
    • Vitals — blood pressure and other readings; you can add your own home readings too.
  2. Click any item to see its full details.
  3. Want everything in date order? Open Timeline to scroll your health history as one story.

Tips / Troubleshooting

  • A flagged lab value isn't automatically bad news — many things affect a single reading. Your care team will tell you if anything needs action, and you can always message them with questions.
  • Results usually appear after your provider reviews them, so there can be a short delay after a test.
