Book an appointment

Booking on collabkare.health is a five-step guided flow: Service → Schedule → Details → Payment → Confirm. It takes just a few minutes.

Before you start​

  • Pick your doctor first — see Find a doctor. Booking starts from the doctor's profile.
  • You can book signed in (your details fill in automatically and you can pay with CollabKare Credits) or continue as a guest.

Steps​

  1. On a doctor's profile, choose Book In-Clinic Visit or Book Video Consultation. The booking page opens with the doctor shown under Booking with.
  2. Service — under "Choose appointment type", pick your visit: video consultation, in-clinic visit, or home visit (each shown as new-patient or follow-up, with the price). Click Next.
  3. Schedule — pick a date, then choose a time from the Available time slots grid. Click Next.
  4. Details — fill in your name, contact number, email, and Reason for Visit (required). Verify your phone with Send Code and Verify Code if asked. Signed in? Most fields are already filled. Click Next.
  5. Payment — choose CollabKare Credits (signed-in users), Credit Card, or Debit Card, enter the payment details, and click Proceed to Confirmation.
  6. Confirm — review the service, time, and total on "Review your booking", then click Confirm Booking.
  7. You'll see "Appointment Confirmed!" with your booking ID, and a confirmation is sent to your email. For video visits, the confirmation includes your visit link.

Tips / Troubleshooting​

  • Booking as a guest works, but signing in lets you track the appointment in your myKare Portal later.
  • The Summary panel on the right always shows what you've chosen so far — check it before confirming.
