Use the community forum

The Community Forum is where people managing similar conditions share experiences and support each other. Discussions are grouped by condition, like diabetes, chronic kidney disease, and behavioral health.

Peer support, not medical advice

What works for someone else may not be right for you. Never change your treatment based on a forum post — check with your care team first.

Before you start

  • Anyone can read the forum on collabkare.health. Sign in to post, reply, or bookmark.

Steps

  1. On collabkare.health, open the Explore menu and choose Community Forum.
  2. Pick a condition category in the left sidebar — for example Diabetes (Type 2) or Hypertension — or use the search box to find discussions on a topic.
  3. Sort by Recent, Most Active, or Most Liked to find the conversations that matter to you.
  4. Click a discussion title to read it. Each post shows the author, when it was posted, and any replies below.
  5. To join in, click Add a Reply, write your message, and click Post Reply.
  6. To start your own conversation, click New Discussion, give it a title, choose the category, add a few tags (like "diet" or "medications"), write your post, and click Post.
  7. Use the bookmark icon to save discussions you want to come back to, and the bell icon to get notified of new replies.

Tips / Troubleshooting

  • Protect your privacy — don't post your full name, phone number, or other personal details.
  • A pin icon marks announcements; a lock icon means the discussion is closed to new replies.
  • See something inappropriate? Moderators review the forum, and you can flag posts for their attention.
