Find a provider or facility

Looking for a hospital, diagnostic lab, pharmacy, clinic, or radiology center? The provider search helps you compare facilities near you.

Before you start

Nothing needed — facility search is open to everyone.

Steps

1. On collabkare.health, open the Find Care menu and choose Find a Provider → Browse providers.
2. Tap a quick filter at the top to jump to a facility type: Hospitals, Diagnostic Labs, Pharmacies, Radiology, or Clinics.
3. Use the search box and the type and city filters to narrow the list further.
4. Each card shows the facility's name, type, location, services, and rating. Click View Details to open its page.
5. On the facility page, use the tabs to explore:
   • Overview — address, contact details, and hours.
   • Services — what the facility offers.
   • Reviews — feedback from other patients.
   • Location — a map to help you get there.

Tips / Troubleshooting

• Facility type badges are color-coded, so you can scan a mixed list quickly (for example, labs and hospitals look different at a glance).
• If a facility lists affiliated doctors, you can jump from the facility page to a doctor's profile and book from there.
