View purchases and download invoices

The Purchases page is your order history. Open any purchase to see its line items and get a GST invoice for your records.

Before you start​

  • Sign in at my.collabkare.id and open Purchases in the left menu.

Steps​

  1. Browse your purchase list. If you haven't bought anything yet, the page shows No purchases yet.
  2. Click a purchase to open its detail view. You'll see the Items in the order with each line's price, plus the Subtotal and Total.
  3. Get the invoice:
    • If one was already issued, click Download Invoice (the button shows the invoice number) to save the PDF.
    • If not, click Generate Invoice — the button shows Generating... briefly, then the download link appears.

Tips / Troubleshooting​

  • Subscription payments and their GST invoices live on the Subscriptions → Invoices tab; the Purchases page covers store and add-on orders.
  • If a recent payment isn't listed yet, give it a minute and refresh — orders appear once the payment is confirmed.
