Manage your subscription and pay bills

The Subscriptions page is your personal billing hub: see your current plan, pay your bill, and download invoices.

Before you start​

  • Sign in at my.collabkare.id and open Subscriptions in the left menu.
  • Five tabs are available: My Plan, Pay Bill, Payments, Invoices, and Notices.

Steps​

  1. My Plan — review your Current Plan card (plan name, price, features) and your CollabKare Credits balance. Below it, Choose a Plan shows all available plans; your active one is marked Current Plan, the recommended one Most Popular. Select a different plan to upgrade or Downgrade.
  2. Pay Bill — pay for your subscription directly. Payment opens the secure Razorpay window and supports card, UPI, and netbanking.
  3. Payments — your Payment History table lists past subscription payments with Description, Date, Amount, and Status.
  4. Invoices — the Invoice History tab lists downloadable GST invoices for your payments.
  5. Notices — Billing Notices collects billing and subscription notifications (renewal reminders, payment issues).

Tips / Troubleshooting​

  • Subscriptions are paid with real money via Razorpay; CollabKare Credits are used for add-on services only — you can't pay a subscription bill with credits.
  • Plan changes take effect per the plan's billing terms; check the confirmation before paying.
  • If a plan card doesn't load, wait a moment and reload — plan details come from the live catalog.
