Account portal overview
The My CollabKare ID portal at my.collabkare.id is your personal account home. Every CollabKare user — patients, clinicians, and administrators — uses it to manage their own identity, security, subscription, credits, and receipts.
Signing in
Sign in with your CollabKare ID. If you don't have one yet, the portal's sign-up link takes you to collabkare.id/register to create an account.
The left menu
- Overview — your account dashboard with quick actions (Edit Profile, Security, Buy Credits, and more).
- Profile — your account, contact, and location details.
- Security — password, two-factor authentication, and active sessions.
- Subscriptions — your personal plan, bill payment, payment history, invoices, and billing notices.
- Credits — your CollabKare Credits wallet: balance, top-ups, auto-reload, and transactions.
- Purchases — your order history with downloadable invoices.
The menu also includes Licenses, Health Systems, ABHA / Health ID, Orders, Verification, Messages, Notifications (notification preferences), Display (theme and accessibility preferences), and Support. Clinicians additionally see HPR / Professional ID.

Everything here applies to your personal account. Organization-level billing and plans are managed by your organization administrator in Cloud Manager.
