Buy and manage credits

CollabKare Credits (CKC) are the wallet currency used to pay for add-on services across the platform. Top up your balance, set up automatic reloads, and review your transaction history.

Before you start​

  • Sign in at my.collabkare.id and open Credits in the left menu.
  • Your Current Balance in CKC is shown at the top of the page.

Steps​

  1. Buy credits — under Buy Credits, pick one of the credit packages. Each card shows the number of Credits and the price. Click Buy Now; the secure Razorpay payment window opens (card, UPI, or netbanking). After payment, the credits land in your balance.
  2. Set up auto-reload — under Auto-Reload, tick Enable auto-reload when balance is low, then set:
    • Reload when below (CKC) — the balance threshold that triggers a reload.
    • Reload amount (CKC) — how much to add each time. Click Save Settings.
  3. Review activity — the Transaction History table lists every wallet movement with Date, Type (purchase, usage, auto-reload), Description, Amount, and the running Balance.

Tips / Troubleshooting​

  • Credits pay for add-on services only — subscription bills are paid directly by card/UPI on the Subscriptions → Pay Bill tab.
  • If a purchase shows Processing... for a long time, don't retry immediately — check Transaction History first to avoid a double top-up.
  • Auto-reload uses the same payment flow as a manual purchase; keep a valid payment method handy.
