Update your profile

Keep your name, contact details, and location current. These details identify you across CollabKare apps.

Before you start​

  • Sign in at my.collabkare.id and open Profile in the left menu.
  • The page is split into three sections, each with its own Edit toggle: Account Information, Contact Information, and Preferences / Location.

Steps​

  1. In Account Information, click Edit to unlock the fields, then update your First, Middle, and Last name, and your organization. Click Save (or Cancel to discard).
  2. In Contact Information, click Edit and update your recovery email and phone number, then Save.
  3. In Preferences / Location, click Edit and update your language/location preferences and address — Street, Pincode, State, Country — then Save.

Tips / Troubleshooting​

  • Each section saves independently — saving one doesn't touch the others.
  • If it's your first visit, you may see a prompt to save your profile to create a full record — do that once and future edits work section by section.
  • Your primary sign-in email isn't changed here; email and password are security settings (see Secure your account).
