Governance console overview
The CollabKare Admin console at admin.collabkare.com is the internal governance surface for CollabKare staff. It's where new registrations are approved, third-party app submissions are reviewed, role visibility is administered, and platform activity is audited.
Approve or reject an organization registration
Review new organization sign-ups and decide whether to activate them. Approving a request kicks off the automated account setup; rejecting it notifies the applicant by email.
Approve or reject a patient registration
Review self-registered patient accounts before they are activated on the platform. The queue works the same way as the organization queue, with patient-specific details.
Monitor and repair account provisioning
After a registration is approved, the platform runs a series of automated setup steps. Use the Activity Log and the request detail pages to watch progress, retry failed steps, or abort and clean up a broken request.
Review an app submission
Third-party and partner apps must pass curation before they appear in the CollabKare app gallery. Reviewers check the app's details, security posture, and quality checklist, then approve, request revisions, or reject.
Adjust role permissions for an app
The Roles & Permissions grid shows, per app, which features each role can see. You can grant a feature to a role or mask one away as a global override on top of the standard baseline — and always revert.
Search the audit logs
The audit log is the append-only record of every health-data access and admin action on the platform. Use it for compliance reviews, incident investigation, and verifying who did what and when.
