Search the audit logs

The audit log is the append-only record of every health-data access and admin action on the platform. Use it for compliance reviews, incident investigation, and verifying who did what and when.

Before you start

  • Sign in to the admin console with CollabKare staff access.
  • Go to Platform & Governance → Compliance → Audit Logs. The page is titled Audit Logs.

Steps

  1. Set your filters across the top of the page:
    • All actions — narrow to a specific action type (creates, updates, deletes, logins, and so on).
    • All resources — narrow to a specific record type.
    • user email — free-text search for the acting user.
    • Any outcome — filter to SUCCESS, ERROR, or FAILURE.
    • The two date-time pickers bound the search window (from / to).
  2. Read the results table. Each entry shows Timestamp, User (with their organization), Action, Resource (type and record identifier), Path (the technical request made), Outcome (with the response code), and IP address.
  3. Page through results with Previous and Next — 50 records per page; the footer shows how many records match in total.
  4. Click Refresh to re-run the current search.

Tips / Troubleshooting

  • Changing any filter resets you to the first page.
  • Outcome color-coding helps scanning: green for success, red for errors, amber for failures.
  • The log is append-only — entries cannot be edited or deleted from this screen, by design.
