Governance console overview

The CollabKare Admin console at admin.collabkare.com is the internal governance surface for CollabKare staff. It's where new registrations are approved, third-party app submissions are reviewed, role visibility is administered, and platform activity is audited.

Who can sign in

Access is restricted to CollabKare company staff with the internal Administrator role. A signed-in organization user without that role sees an Access restricted screen and is directed to use Cloud Manager instead.

What's in the console

The left menu is grouped into sections. The ones covered in these guides:

  • Operations → ProvisioningPatient Requests, Organization Requests, and the Activity Log: the registration approval queues and the tools to retry or abort a stuck account setup.
  • Platform & Governance → App Curation — the review queue for third-party app submissions, with a pending-count badge in the menu.
  • Platform & Governance → Roles & Permissions — the role-by-feature visibility grid with staged, publishable overrides.
  • Platform & Governance → Compliance → Audit Logs — the append-only record of every PHI access and admin action.

Other sections (Users, Organizations, Lead Pipeline, Knowledge Base, Provider Directory, Website Content, Inventory, Commerce, Insurance Catalog, Billing & Invoices, Visitors, Newsletter Studio, Messaging, Vendors, Settings) support day-to-day platform operations and are not covered by these task guides.

Approval vs. instant actions

Everything in this console is an operator action that takes effect immediately — this console is the approval queue that other flows (organization and patient registration, app submissions) wait on.
