Secure your account

Change your password, turn on two-factor authentication, and review where you're signed in — all from one Security page.

Before you start

  • Sign in at my.collabkare.id and open Security in the left menu.
  • The page has three cards: Change Password, Two-Factor Authentication, and Active Sessions.

Steps

  1. Change your password — in the first card, enter your current password and your new password twice, then submit. Passwords must meet the platform's strength rules (length plus a mix of upper/lowercase letters, digits, and special characters).
  2. Set up two-factor authentication — in the second card, follow the setup to register an authenticator app (TOTP). Scan the code with an app like Google Authenticator or Authy and confirm with a generated code. From then on, sign-ins ask for a code from your app.
  3. Review active sessions — the third card lists the devices and browsers currently signed in to your account. Sign out any session you don't recognize.

Tips / Troubleshooting

  • An info banner on the page notes that most security settings are managed right here; a few advanced settings may require additional support — contact your administrator if you can't find one.
  • If you lose your authenticator device, use account recovery from the sign-in screen or contact support before removing your only second factor.
  • Changing your password signs you out of other sessions — plan for a quick re-login on your devices.
