Register your organization
Create your organization on CollabKare and set up its first administrator account. Registration is a five-step wizard at collabkare.id/register/organization.
Before you start
- Have your organization details ready: legal name, type, contact details, and (if applicable) NPI or Tax ID / EIN.
- For medical practices in India, have your Medical Council registration details — council type, registration number, council name, and registration year. These are verified during approval.
- Decide who the first administrator will be — this person's email becomes the sign-in for the whole setup.
Steps
- Go to collabkare.id/register/organization. The wizard has five steps: Admin, Organization, Address, Subscription, and Review.
- Admin — enter the administrator's first name, last name, email, title, phone, and a password. The password must have at least 12 characters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit, and one special character; a live checklist shows which rules pass.
- Organization — enter the organization name and pick a type (Hospital / Health System, Clinic / Practice, Solo Practice, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Imaging Center, Home Health, Payer / Insurance, or Other), plus website, email, phone, specialties, and estimated providers. Indian practices also fill in the Medical Council fields here.
- Address — street address, city, state, postal code, and country.
- Subscription — the free tier is selected by default. You can pick a paid tier (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) and products such as KareMD, KarePractice, KareRx, KareLab, or KareRadiology. Optional billing fields include GSTIN, PAN, and a billing email. Accept the terms to continue.
- Review — check everything, then click Submit Application.
What happens next
- Free tier: you'll see Organization Registration Submitted with a Request ID. Your registration is pending approval; you're notified by email once approved.
- Paid or trial plans: a secure payment window (Razorpay) opens; after payment your subscription is active and the confirmation screen shows your plan, amount, and invoice details. Check the administrator's inbox for a verification email.
